Why is my body wash underfilled?

We deliberately leave extra headspace in the bottle to ensure that no spillage occurs during the transport of the products from Thailand to Manila and from warehouse to customers. All SNAILWHITE products pass through a Quality Assurance test. Our body wash has a thick, dense and creamy texture so it appears very compact. We can assure you that the declared amount is accurate — our manufacturing facility actually adds 1 or 2 ml extra to ensure that each product ALWAYS contains at least the declared volume of 200 ml or 500 ml. Our customers who have decanted the product into other containers confirms this.
